These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to conflict of laws provisions thereof.  The courts of Tel Aviv, israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these terms and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
